途上国のソーシャルベンチャー支援ファンドの設立の必要性

途上国のソーシャルベンチャー支援ファンドの設立の具体的な必要性がでてきました。

具体的な対象としては、特に昨年訪れたネパール第二の都市のポカラ市にある孤児院rainbow children home(http://www.orphancarenepal.org/　以下、RCH）のＮＧＯからの社会起業への転進の支援です。

今まで、資金を寄付してきたり、通信ツール・教育ツールとしてノートパソコンを寄付して来ました。
しかし、私は、理想、本来のＮＧＯの運営手法は、寄付から脱却して、組織の独自の特徴、優位性を生かして事業を行って資金を自ら生み出し、「独立した」、「自家発電型」で「持続可能な組織」だと考えます。

この観点から、私は、RCHの代表のGoma Dhakalさんに、持続可能な組織化のためにＭＦや、他のソーシャルビジネスを始める可能性の有無を聞きました。

以下は、それに対するGomaさんからの解答です。

1.旅行者の多いロケーションにレストランを開業する。
　担い手は、幼少から孤児院で育ち大きくなり、学校の合間に働ける子どもたち。

　これで、子どもたちは、学校に通いながら働けるようになる。彼らは英語の勉強をに　　　
　励み、ネパールで盛んな観光業に就いたり、ビジネスをはじめることもできるように　　
　なる可能性がある。

2.ハンドクラフトビジネスをはじめる。
　Gomaさんと共に孤児院を運営している方々には子どもがおり、子どもが学校に通っ　　
　ている間に、バッグ、カレンダー、、他を作り、販売する。実際、ポカラ市はヒマラヤ　
　連峰、美しい湖観光目的の観光客が多い都市で、市場はあるだろうとの事。

3.ＭＦのビジネスを始める。
　個人ビジネスを行おうとしている周辺住民へ貸付を行い、その金利収入で、孤児院　　
　の拡張や他のビジネスへと拡張していく。
　　　　　　　　　
※これらを始めるにあたり、具体的な情報がまだまだ足りないので、今コンタクトを取っているところです。

上記１〜３を始めるにも、はやり資金が足りないので、できない、まだ夢の段階でしかない、とのことでした。

何とか、この声に応えたいとの思いがあるのですが、具体的手法をまだほとんど知りません。

ですので、現在考えているのは、ＭＢＡ留学をして、ファイナンス、（ソーシャル・）アントレプレナーシップ、ストラテギジー、マネジメント他、を学んだり、他の可能性を考えています。

これまで私が考えてきた遠くの目標が、現実的に必要性と共に現れて、
これまでより、非常に目標の輪郭が明確になった実感があります。

といってもとても長い道のりですが、これからは抽象論ではなく、具体的な行動を取っていけそうです。

I have some idea to sustained this project. One of the idea is to open a Restaurant. If we are able to open one restaurant in a tourist place. We can earn some money which will suppor to our home. At the same time when our children grow up in adulthood they can work as a part time basis, They can work at the same time they can study. Mainly Restaurant are running at the evening time and in the day time they time they can go to the campus or school.
And also they can learn more english and they will get new knowledge about tourist business activites also, Then after, they can start their business themselves also.

And we have another idea also, We can establish a handicraft business, Many products can be make by our hand. Now we have 5 staff all together, when all the children go to their school at that time our 5 staffs can work to product and good like bags, calenders, and many. And we can put more staff to produce more handicrafts from our home. We can get market easily, if we are able to produce handicraft good, many people will buy it for the orphaned children. I have seen such production in our home area also. This will be very nice idea, But only thing that we can not start due to lack of fund. If some one invest us for the first time then we can run it very easily.
And other idea is to establish a microfinance system. We can start our banking system from our self, If we have some fund, we can give to the people as a loan basis and we will get more interest. Many people will take loan from us, more money will be come as a interest. I thik this is also a good idea but only thing is that, we do not have money to invest first.
